Porcelain Laminates for
Flawless Smiles
We design your dream smile while preserving your natural tooth structure with thin porcelain veneers applied only to the front surface of your teeth.
What is a Porcelain Laminate (Veneer)?
Porcelain laminates, or leaf teeth (veneers) as they are popularly known, are extremely thin, nail-thick ceramic leaves applied by millimetric (0.3 - 0.7 mm) abrasion only from the front surfaces of the teeth, or without any abrasion in appropriate cases.
It is the most protective and elegant solution offered by aesthetic dentistry in the restoration of broken, spaced (diastema), discolored, deformed, or slightly crowded teeth. Only the visible surface is restored without the need to cut the entire tooth.
What are the Advantages of Porcelain Laminates?
- Tooth Tissue is Preserved: Maximum aesthetics are achieved with minimum material loss in the teeth.
- Does Not Discolor: It does not yellow due to external factors such as tea, coffee, and smoking.
- Perfect Naturalness: Thanks to its thin structure, its light transmittance is exactly the same as natural tooth enamel.
- Reduces Tartar Formation: Thanks to its extremely smooth surface, it makes plaque and tartar accumulation difficult.
How is Laminate Treatment Applied?
Digital Smile Design and Impression
First, a smile design suitable for your facial features is planned digitally. Then, precise impressions of the teeth are taken with 3D intraoral scanners.
Mock-up (Preliminary Rehearsal)
Without any intervention to your teeth, your planned new tooth shape is applied to your mouth with temporary materials. Thus, you approve the result before starting the treatment.
Preparation and Permanent Bonding
Millimetric roughening is performed on the front surface of the teeth. The porcelain veneers coming from the laboratory are permanently integrated into your teeth with special resin cements (adhesives).

Things you might wonder about Porcelain Laminate (Veneers).
Do laminate teeth fall off or break?
Since it is chemically bonded to the enamel tissue with special resin adhesives, the risk of falling is almost non-existent. Except for hard blows that would cause natural teeth to break, you can use them comfortably, just like biting an apple with your own teeth.
Who cannot get porcelain veneers?
It is not recommended for people with severe teeth clenching (bruxism) problems, serious abnormalities in jaw closure, nail-biting habits, or those who do not have enough enamel tissue left on their teeth to bond. In such cases, Zirconium crowns are a more appropriate alternative.
How long does laminate treatment take?
Since digital workflow is used in our clinic, the process is quite fast. In most cases, you can achieve your brand new and flawless smile in 2 or 3 sessions, which is on average 5 to 7 days.
