Strong and Fixed Solution:
All On 6 Implant
For our patients who have lost all their teeth, fixed prosthesis treatment with 6 titanium implants placed in the jawbone, offering durability comparable to natural teeth.
What is the All On 6 Implant Technique?
The All On 6 Implant system is an advanced surgical technique applied to patients experiencing total edentulism, where 6 titanium implants are placed in a single jaw at specific angles and intervals, followed by the application of fixed porcelain or zirconium bridges.
Unlike the All On 4 technique, the 2 extra implants added to the posterior regions allow the chewing force to be distributed much more evenly and equally across the jawbone. Preferred for patients with sufficient bone volume, All On 6 is one of the highest treatment standards achievable in terms of long-term mechanical durability.
What are the Advantages of All On 6 Treatment?
- Maximum Stability: The use of 6 implants ensures that the prosthesis never flexes and fully adheres to the bone.
- Excellent Chewing Function: You can comfortably consume any hard foods just as you would with your own natural teeth.
- End to Palate Dentures: Completely eliminates the sores, loss of taste, and speech disorders caused by removable dentures.
- Stops Bone Loss: Because implants act as natural tooth roots, they stimulate the jawbone and prevent it from melting away.
How Does the All On 6 Treatment Process Work?
3D Tomography and Digital Planning
The volume and density of your jawbone are analyzed with 3D tomography. The ideal positions where the 6 implants will be placed in the bone are determined down to the millimeter in a digital environment.
Surgical Operation and Temporary Teeth
Under local anesthesia, 6 implants are placed in the jawbone. If your bone quality is suitable (primary stability is high), your temporary fixed teeth are screwed onto the implants on the day of the operation.
Placement of Permanent Teeth
After an average healing (fusion to bone) period of 3 months, your temporary teeth are removed, and your permanent porcelain/zirconium teeth, aesthetically designed according to your facial features, are placed.

What our patients wonder most about All On 6 implant treatment.
What is the difference between All On 4 and All On 6?
As the names suggest, the main difference is the number of implants used. In All On 6, 2 more implants are placed in the posterior regions of the jaw. This way, the prosthesis is supported over a wider area, and the chewing force is distributed more perfectly to the jaw. However, sufficient bone density in the posterior regions is required for All On 6; if there is no bone, All On 4 is preferred.
How long does the surgery take, will I feel pain?
Because the procedure is performed entirely under local anesthesia, you will definitely not feel any pain during the operation. Placing 6 implants takes an average of 1.5 - 2 hours for a single jaw.
Can All On 6 be done if I have bone loss?
If the bone loss in the posterior regions is not very advanced, bone volume can be increased with sinus lifting and bone graft addition, making All On 6 possible. It is not possible to say anything for sure without taking a 3D tomography.
